Nick Jordan

Nick Jordan is a UK-based artist whose practice encompasses video, drawing, painting, events and publishing. With references and motifs that include flytraps, ancient woodlands, extinct species, americana, modernist architecture and cinema, Jordan's work explores our relationship with the unruly natural world and our own multifaceted cultural histories.

Nick Jordan also makes work with artist Jacob Cartwright. Their on-going collaborations freely combine a range of cultural & natural themes - including historical events, pastoral idylls, ecology, deep-rooted myths and tales - illuminating
the peculiarities and contrasts with our everyday realities. Details of their work are here.
